The ‘Flooring Gurus’.
We were asked to look at the Flooring Megastore branding on the strength of the work we had done for Contemporary Trade Flooring, the owner liked the way we had approached that project and wanted a similar feel, but with a stronger, more direct call to action. The design style needed to reflect the business to consumer market… not quite so loud and brash as some of the high street franchises, but still needed to be eye catching, hence the red, with the words ‘Trade Prices’ somewhere within the logo.
The client didn’t want our creativity to go off at a tangent from the original brief, he knew exactly what he was looking for. We figured he knows his industry far better than us, so we answered his brief exactly… the result… one very happy client!
The project consisted of logo design and packaging that he could send samples out in, as well as marketing literature and stationery. Finally we designed the e-commerce website that would go on to become the backbone of his business. This has since gone through a couple of iterations since our original design, the new version can be seen here.
